Introduction:

Cocoa seed extract majorly contains two kind of active ingredients: Theobromine & Polyphenols;

Theobromine is extracted from the cocoa bean or the shell of the cocoa bean. The content in the shell was 0.7-1.2%, and the whole cocoa beans contained 1.5-3.0%. It is synthesized by cyclization of 4-amino-5-formamide and formamide followed by methylated. In combination of polyphenol it benefit human body in the following aspects:
