In our own green tea plant base which is ceritified with organic EOS/NOP.

We investigated the digestibility of matcha iced tea in vitro, the content of minerals and trace elements after digestion, and their leaching capacity. The digestibility value of matcha tea measured by the enzymatic method reached 71.3%. FAAS/ETAAS records high levels of K, Mg, Mn, Ca, Fe, and Zn. Interestingly, the concentration of elements in the non-digestible part of Matcha decreases in the following order: K> Mg> Mn> Fe ≥ Ca> Zn> Na> Se> Hg. Matcha iced tea is prepared using three different methods. Significant differences were not only found between ice tea preparation methods, but also between tea samples. The leaching factor values of Na, Fe, and Se are low (18%, 21%, and 37%, respectively).
