Carbomer 1342
INCI name: Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer
Capom 1342 is a powder-like product that can flow freely. It has pseudo-plastic rheological properties, and is suitable for making tiltable products containing incompatible suspended components, or for making emulsion with stable properties.
The main chain of carbomer 1342 contains lipophilic or fatty regions, so it has higher resistance to dissolved ions. This feature makes the product extremely suitable for use in aqueous solutions or dispersions containing dissolved salts. In addition, it also has good compatibility, which can thicken ionic surfactant and increase yield value.
